Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Real Estate Deal Executive will specialize in managing real estate transactions, negotiating sales and lease agreements, and fostering relationships with clients to address their property needs.
Responsibilities include advising clients on real estate investments, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of market trends, and collaborating with various teams such as sales, marketing, and business development to close deals successfully.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and managing transactions related to Real Property
- Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to understand and fulfill client needs effectively
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including market trends and legal requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a multicultural environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
