- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and fellow team members
- Represent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers to secure the best possible terms of sale
- Guide the seller through the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
