About the Role
Takween Aldar Real Estate and Takween Business Advisory are seeking an experienced Real Estate & Corporate Accountant to manage accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial controls across both companies.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations for both companies
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expenses, and bank reconciliations
- Track real estate commissions, agent payouts, developer receivables, and outstanding payments
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow reports, budgets, and management summaries
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting financial documentation
- Manage payroll records and support WPS salary processing
- Prepare and maintain VAT records and support VAT return filings
- Assist with UAE Corporate Tax compliance, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain accurate client payment and service fee records for Takween Business Advisory
- Support AML compliance, KYC documentation, client due diligence, transaction monitoring, and goAML requirements where applicable
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities when required
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company, employee, payroll, client, banking, and financial information
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Real estate brokerage accounting experience is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, and goAML requirements is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, integrity, and confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

About the Role
- Takween Aldar Real Estate and its sister company, Takween Business Advisory, are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and trustworthy Real Estate & Corporate Accountant to manage accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial controls across both companies.
- The ideal candidate will have strong UAE accounting experience, preferably within real estate, together with knowledge of VAT, Corporate Tax, payroll, and AML compliance.
Key Responsibilities
