About the Role
Takween Aldar Real Estate and Takween Business Advisory seek an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, VAT compliance, and AML/CFT procedures across both companies.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations for real estate brokerage and corporate services
- Record, reconcile, and track commission income, agent payouts, developer receivables, and supplier payments
- Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns and maintain VAT records
- Support AML/CFT compliance, maintain KYC and CDD documentation, and assist with goAML reporting
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow reports
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and external consultants
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience
- Previous experience within a UAE real estate brokerage is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards
- Working knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with goAML, KYC, and Customer Due Diligence procedures is highly desirable
- Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in English

- Takween Business Advisory provides comprehensive corporate services including company formation, corporate structuring, Golden Visa, banking assistance, PRO services, AML compliance, and business advisory solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day accounting operations of the real estate brokerage.
- Record, reconcile, and track commission income, agent payouts, developer receivables, and supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records for brokerage operations and property transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank and transaction reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Manage accounting operations for Takween Business Advisory.
- Record revenue from company formations, Golden Visa services, PRO services, banking assistance, consultancy services, and other advisory work.
- Reconcile client payments, supplier invoices, and operational expenses.
- Support management with financial reporting across multiple business entities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and external service providers.
- Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience.
- Previous experience within a UAE real estate brokerage is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting business setup, corporate services, or professional service firms is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
- Working knowledge of UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with goAML, KYC, and Customer Due Diligence procedures is highly desirable.
- Experience with Bitrix24 is preferred.
- Experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple companies and high transaction volumes.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
