Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Real Estate Coordinator** to support our real estate team with administrative, transactional, and operational tasks.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of real estate activities, including listing management, client communication, document preparation, and compliance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist real estate agents with administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing contracts, and managing listings.
- Coordinate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update property listings on multiple platforms (MLS, company website, and social media).
- Communicate with clients, agents, vendors, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and ensure a seamless real estate process.
- Handle database management, including CRM updates and lead tracking.
- Monitor compliance with legal and company requirements for real estate transactions.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials, flyers, and online advertisements.
- Schedule property showings, open houses, and inspections as needed.
- Support financial tracking, including invoicing, billing, and commission payments.
- Conduct market research to assist with pricing strategies and competitive analysis.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in real estate, administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, contracts, and terminology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: Up to AED6,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
