Responsibilities
- Create premium photo and video content for real estate projects and the OREIMA brand
- Film, edit and publish high quality content across all company social media platforms
- Develop and present creative marketing ideas that strengthen the brand and drive business growth
- Plan and manage the company’s content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content
- Generate qualified leads through social media, digital marketing and content campaigns
- Work closely with management to execute the company’s marketing strategy
- Track performance, analyze results and continuously improve marketing campaigns
- Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce fresh marketing concepts
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing and/or Content Creation within the Dubai Real Estate industry
- Proven experience creating and executing successful real estate marketing campaigns
- Professional photography, videography, content production, shooting and video editing skills
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms
- Experience in branding, digital marketing and lead generation
- Creative mindset with ability to develop and execute original marketing ideas
- Organized, proactive and capable of managing projects independently
- Results driven with excellent communication and presentation skills
