- Proactively stay updated on Dubai market regulations and area specific performance

- Minimum 6 months of proven sales/rental track record in Dubai's secondary market
- Demonstrated ability to dominate a specific community or area
- Exceptional communication skills; fluent English is mandatory
- Results oriented, self motivated, and capable of working independently
- RERA certification is a plus
- Comfortable working in a commission based, performance based structure
