- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with basic office software and property listing platforms; familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial
- Previous experience in real estate consulting or sales is preferred; relevant certifications or licenses are an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Al Daayen, Qatar

Role Description
- This full time, on site Real Estate Consultant role is based in Al Daayen, Qatar.
- The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on property opportunities, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, preparing and presenting property proposals, and maintaining up to date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- The role involves generating and following up on leads, negotiating terms and contracts, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions.
- The consultant will also support client onboarding, provide training on real estate processes when needed, and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts, including local market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
