Responsibilities
- Market and sell off plan properties to investors and end users
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors
- Conduct property presentations, project briefings, and investment consultations
- Advise clients on market trends, payment plans, and suitable off plan opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Stay updated on new launches, developer offers, and market movements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales and lead reports
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and property exhibitions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably off plan properties
- Strong negotiation, sales, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Good understanding of Dubai’s real estate and off plan market
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
- Fluency in English; Arabic additional languages are a plus
- RERA certification is an advantage
