Are you a motivated closer who thrives in a high-energy, high-reward environment?

We’re expanding our team at our Al Barsha office.
✅ What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a high-value portfolio of buyers and sellers
- Work exclusively on Dubai’s prime real estate
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and client presentations
- Deliver exceptional service to a global client base
✅ What You Get
- Commission up to 70% uncapped
- Monthly three times payouts
- Full marketing, technical, conveyancing and admin support

- Leads all day, everyday

- ✅ Requirements:
- Real estate experience in Dubai preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, well-presented, and ambitious
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- This is a COMMISSION-ONLY role with the possibility of earning an uncapped income on commissions.
