Responsibilities
- Manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads from targeted paid media and structured digital funnels
- Use bespoke, in house AI enabled CRM to manage pipeline, generate CMA valuation reports, create shareable pocket listings, and pull owner data
- Attend client meetings and viewings with company chauffeur
- Close deals and achieve performance based commission
Requirements
- Proven, verifiable real estate sales experience (non negotiable)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- RERA certified, or equivalent active experience
- Comfortable in a commission based environment
