- Manage relationships with property owners for assigned listings
- Call and establish relationships with new buyer enquiries
- Show buyers the villas assigned for sale
- Offer buyers free mortgage service
- Negotiate between buyer and seller to reach an agreement
- Organize an MOU between buyer and seller
- Work with mortgage team to manage mortgage approval process
- Work with conveyancing team to manage progression from MOU to transfer
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- 1 2 years experience in Sales
- Willing to join immediately
- Positive and hardworking attitude
- Valid UAE Driving license

- Agents receive company generated villa stock, double the number of leads from portals and database marketing, and free mortgage service from the company's mortgage consultancy.
Job Specification
- Manage relationships with property owners for assigned listings.
- Call new buyer enquiries daily and establish relationships.
- Show buyers the villas assigned for sale.
- Offer buyers free mortgage service.
- Negotiate between buyer and seller till an acceptable agreement is established.
- Organize an MOU between buyer and seller.
- Work with mortgage team to ensure mortgage approval and related process are managed.
- Work with conveyancing team to manage progression from signing of MOU till transfer.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Essential to have had 1 2 years experience in Sales.
- Willing to join immediately.
- Positive and hardworking attitude.
- Should have a valid UAE Driving license.
