About the Role
Jcon Properties seeks energetic, results-driven Real Estate Consultants to help clients find homes or investment properties and drive rental and sales portfolio. This is a 100% commission-based role with no initial basic salary.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert real estate advice to clients on buying, selling, leasing, and renting properties
- Actively generate leads for both sales and rental listings through calls, social media, online portals, and networking
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers, investors, and tenants
- Assist landlords in marketing rental properties, finding qualified tenants, and negotiating lease agreements
- Guide tenants through the rental process, including contract signing, security deposits, and move in formalities
- Follow up on all inquiries (sales and rentals) and maintain strong client relationships throughout the transaction
- Negotiate and close sales and rental deals, ensuring smooth and compliant processes
- Keep property listings (both for sale and for rent) accurate and up to date
- Stay informed about UAE property laws, market trends, rental index, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Prior experience in real estate (sales or leasing) or similar sales roles is a plus but freshers are also welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work under pressure
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Must hold a valid own visa initially – visa sponsorship is not provided at the start
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Currently based in the UAE is preferred

Compensation Structure
- 100% Commission Based – this role is fully commission based with no initial basic pay
- Earning Potential – top performers can earn up to 15,000 AED or more per month, with uncapped upside from both sales and rental deals
