- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a dynamic market
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Knowledge of local market trends and regulations in the UAE real estate sector

Role Description
- Manage real property transactions, identify and develop client relationships, negotiate deals, and deliver expert real estate sales consultations.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Sales skills with the ability to drive results and achieve targets
- Proven Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
- Experience in Training and skill development within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to a dynamic market
