The Real Estate & Expansion Coordinator supports the Director of Real Estate & Expansion and Senior Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate, construction, relocation, remodeling, and expansion initiatives across the organization.
This role is responsible for maintaining project schedules, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, preparing project reporting and presentations, managing documentation, and supporting the successful execution of strategic growth initiatives.
The position also provides administrative and operational support to the Real Estate & Expansion team and serves as a key liaison among contractors, vendors, landlords, and internal business partners.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with experience supporting senior leaders in construction, facilities, development, or project management environments.
This individual must be comfortable interacting with executives, contractors, vendors, architects, and business partners while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
