Role Description

  • Prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Presenting and promoting properties.
  • Guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
  • Conducting property viewings.
  • Preparing and reviewing documentation.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with company processes.
  • Staying informed about market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing professional advice to clients.
  • Building long term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Qualifications

  • Strong brokerage skills including negotiation, deal structuring, and transaction management.
  • Solid real estate and property knowledge including local market trends, regulations, and property valuation.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to provide personalized support and build trusted client relationships.
  • Proven sales skills including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
  • Relevant real estate certification or license in the UAE is highly beneficial.
  • Previous experience as a real estate broker, property consultant, or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, target driven environment.
