- Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day to generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Maintain 5 active property listings per month
- Arrange and conduct 10 client meetings per month for off plan properties
- Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate options, including off plan and ready properties
- Qualify potential buyers/tenants
- Set appointments and attend viewings and follow up on leads
- Negotiate offers and contract negotiation
- Maintain regular contact with all clients

Overview

Requirements

- 5 active property listings per month
