Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads for off plan and secondary market properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed market insights to clients.
- Manage client inquiries, prepare and present property proposals.
- Negotiate offers and ensure all documentation and transaction processes are completed accurately and in compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of new developments, pricing trends, and legal requirements.
- Build and nurture a strong referral network and long term client relationships.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property, with experience in off plan and secondary market transactions.
- Proficiency in Brokerage activities, including listing, marketing, negotiating, and closing property deals.
- Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in a target driven environment, manage multiple clients, and maintain accurate records.
- Valid real estate license or eligibility to obtain one in Dubai is preferred.
- Comfort using CRM systems, property portals, and standard office software.
