Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Broker role based in Jeddah.
The Real Estate Broker will represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in residential and/or commercial property transactions, providing expert guidance from initial consultation through closing.
Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on pricing, market conditions, and negotiation strategies.
The role involves drafting and reviewing agreements, coordinating with legal, financial, and governmental entities, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.
The broker will maintain accurate documentation in brokerage systems, deliver high-quality customer service, and collaborate with the local Coldwell Banker office to achieve sales and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, valuation principles, and transaction processes.
- Brokerage experience with a proven ability to manage listings, oversee deals, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Valid real estate or brokerage license in accordance with local Jeddah/Saudi regulations, or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish is a must English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.l
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical judgment in all client and partner interactions.
- Ability to work on-site, manage a flexible schedule, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, listing platforms, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Prior experience in residential or commercial brokerage in Jeddah or the broader Saudi market is an advantage.
