About the Role
Rooftop Real Estate is seeking a driven Real Estate Broker to join their sales team in Dubai. You will prospect, negotiate, and close transactions in off-plan and secondary market properties.

Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, generate, and manage a qualified pipeline of buyers, investors, and tenants
- Present, negotiate, and close transactions across off plan projects and secondary market properties
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with clients
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings
- Stay up to date with market trends, developer launches, pricing, and new project inventory
- Represent Rooftop Real Estate at developer events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using internal CRM tools
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate brokerage experience in the UAE market
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain upon joining)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate brokerage experience in the UAE market
- A demonstrable hunger to prospect, pitch, and close deals with a strong performance mindset
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain upon joining)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- A self starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
