1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Source clients through personal networks, referrals, and digital platforms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Develop personal branding through social media and property portals
2. Client Consultation & Advisory
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions
- Offer market insights, pricing guidance, and investment advice
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups
3. Property Sourcing & Listings
- Identify and secure property listings directly from owners and developers
- Ensure accurate property details, photos, and pricing
• Marketing & Promotion
- Promote properties through online ads, social media, and networking
- Conduct virtual and physical property tours
- Design targeted campaigns to attract potential buyers/tenants
5. Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Negotiate pricing and terms between parties
- Facilitate agreements and ensure win-win outcomes
- Handle offers, counteroffers, and final negotiations
