- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Valid real estate license in Dubai (RERA certification) or willingness to obtain one is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Real Estate Broker based in Dubai.
- The Real Estate Broker will handle property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties, while providing tailored advice to clients.
- Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, conducting property market analyses, cold calling, negotiating deals, coordinating property viewings, and staying updated on market trends and regulations.
- The role requires close collaboration with team members and a continuous pursuit of client success.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate with a strong understanding of property laws and market dynamics
- Proven skills in Sales and Real Property transactions, including negotiation and closing deals
- Exceptional Customer Service with a client focused approach and ability to build lasting relationships
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is an advantage

Salary & Commission
- Selected Candidates will be offered an encouraging package of Salary + Commission.
- Will be given Employment Visa, Medical Insurance and RERA Broker Exam Fee

- Will be given regular, thorough and personalised training to gain expertise in area / segment of focus
