Responsibilities
- Source, advise, and guide clients through the full property buying, selling, and leasing process
- Build and manage a personal portfolio of Arabic, Russian, and/or Chinese speaking clients
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with the Maison 71 team on listings, marketing, and client events
- Stay current on local market trends, new developments, and investment opportunities
- Represent Maison 71's brand with the highest standards of integrity and service
Requirements
- Active real estate license (or ability to obtain one)
- Fluency in English plus Arabic, Russian, and/or Mandarin/Cantonese
- Strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building trust with international clients
- Self motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger to succeed
- Prior real estate experience is an asset, but exceptional salespeople from other fields are welcome
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse client expectations
