Real Estate and Property Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate property listings, viewings, and leasing documentation
• Maintain accurate records of tenants, contracts, and property details
• Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries and service requests
• Follow up on lease renewals, expirations, and payment schedules
• Assist with marketing properties through portals and social media platforms
• Liaise with maintenance teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution
• Prepare reports on occupancy, leasing activity, and property performance
• Support compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role
• Familiarity with property management systems and CRM tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office applications

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of local real estate market and leasing procedures
• Experience coordinating multiple properties or large portfolios
