Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, property viewings, client advice, negotiation, and closing.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a client portfolio, list properties, and coordinate marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with local regulations.
- Prepare property presentations and collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful transactions.
- Work proactively to achieve targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven real estate sales or brokerage experience is required, preferably in Dubai or the wider UAE.
- Strong client relationship, communication, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
- Familiarity with Dubai regulations, property registration, and Golden Visa-related property investment is required.
- Market research, property valuation, digital tools, and CRM proficiency are required.
- Self-motivation and target orientation are required.
- Fluency in English is required; additional UAE languages are advantageous.
- A valid UAE driving license and reliable transportation are required.
- Relevant business, finance, real estate, or related education is preferred but not mandatory.
