- Handle property sales and leasing transactions in Dubai's secondary & Off Plan market
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide expert market advice
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets
- Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
- Build long term relationships with property owners, investors, and developers
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate (Secondary Market preferred)
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's property market
- Fluent English is required
- Self motivated, target oriented, and customer focused
