Job Overview

  • We are looking for a Real Estate Agent specializing in the residential / commercial secondary market (ready properties) in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell & Lease residential/commercial ready properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Advise clients on property values, pricing strategies, ROI, and market trends.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Manage the full transaction process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners and buyers.
  • Stay updated on secondary market trends and regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in secondary market.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property values.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate listings and close deals.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Broker Card with RERA proven track is plus.
