About the Role

  • PrimeSpace is a growing real estate brokerage based in Riyadh, focused on connecting local and foreign clients with premium residential and commercial properties across Saudi Arabia.
  • We are looking for motivated, client focused Real Estate Agents to join our founding team.
  • You will be on the front line, sourcing properties, building relationships, conducting viewings, and closing deals across both residential and commercial segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and proactively reach out to prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Initiate first contact, qualify leads, and gather detailed client requirements (property type, location, budget, timeline).
  • Explain brokerage services, commission structures, and legal rights clearly to every prospective client.
  • Draft and sign brokerage agreements with clients, outlining scope, commission, duration, and exclusivity terms.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s client database.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of commercial districts, residential communities, and high end properties available for sale or rent.
  • Secure listing agreements with individual property owners and negotiate favourable terms on behalf of clients.
  • Register the brokerage with major developers to access off plan inventory and earn developer commissions.
  • Conduct live property searches based on specific client requirements and present shortlisted options professionally.
  • List properties on key platforms including Bayut and Aqar, ensuring listings are accurate, well presented, and up to date.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and office presentations, responding promptly to all client enquiries.
  • Lead price negotiations between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords, balancing client interests with deal viability.

What We're Looking For Essential

  • Saudi candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage.
  • FAL License.
  • Proven track record of closing deals: residential, commercial, or both.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, able to build trust quickly with high net worth and corporate clients.
  • Highly self motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent organisational skills. Able to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Preferred / Advantageous

  • Prior experience working with expatriate, or corporate clientele in Saudi Arabia.
  • Existing real estate network.
  • Knowledge of Saudi real estate regulations: REGA, Ejar, deed registration processes.
  • Experience with CRM tools for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with property platforms such as Bayut and Aqar.
  • Background in residential and commercial real estate.
