- Manage secondary market property listings and transactions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients.
- Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience
- Proven track record in off plan and secondary market sales
- RERA certification is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
