- Generate and qualify new leads through various sales channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice
- Understand clients' requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Negotiate offers and successfully close sales and leasing transactions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow ups
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate is preferred but not mandatory
- Candidates with proven sales experience are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, ambitious, and target oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
- UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred but not mandatory
