Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and property portals
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients
- Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure follow ups
- Achieve monthly sales and rental targets
- Update and manage CRM systems and property listings
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and listings
- Ensure compliance with Qatar real estate rules and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate (Qatar/GCC preferred)
- Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
- Access to a personal vehicle (preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals
- Knowledge of Qatar real estate market
- Qatar Real Estate Broker License is a strong advantage

Salary Package
- QAR 2,500 per month plus commission and other benefits as per company policy.
