Role Overview
VEGA Properties is seeking a real estate agent specializing in Dubai's primary and off-plan property market.
The role requires property-sector knowledge, sales ability, and strong client relationship skills.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Stay updated on new project launches and market insights.
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and major developers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Presentable, confident, and client-focused personality.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Russian, Turkish, French, or Urdu speakers are highly preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus.
