Responsibilities
- Promote and sell off plan properties from leading developers in Dubai
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and company provided channels
- Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct property presentations, consultations, and developer meetings
- Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales; experience in Dubai's off plan market preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations and market trends is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred but not mandatory
