The employer is seeking a motivated and professional Leasing Real Estate Agent to join its property team.
The role is responsible for marketing properties, engaging prospective tenants, and managing the leasing process from inquiry through contract signing.
The position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Workplace
- The role is full-time and requires in-person work in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and lease residential and commercial properties.
- Handle inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and closing.
- Follow up with tenants and clients throughout the leasing process.
- Collect monthly rental payments from tenants and follow up on outstanding amounts.
- Maintain accurate records of rent collections and payment status.
- Follow up on bounced or overdue payments and ensure timely collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and clients.
- Achieve monthly leasing and collection targets.
- Coordinate with the Leasing and Property Management team regarding contracts, payments, and handovers.
Requirements
- Previous experience in UAE real estate, preferably in leasing and rent collection.
- Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and professional approach.
- Good command of English.
- Arabic is advantageous.
- A UAE driving license is advantageous.
