About the Role
LEON Properties Real Estate is seeking a target-driven Female Real Estate Agent to assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the property sales and leasing process.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing activities
- Source and secure residential and commercial property listings for sale and lease
- Meet with clients to understand their property requirements, budget, and investment objectives
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, inspections, and open house events
- Create, manage, and maintain property listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and the company's CRM system
- Conduct market research and comparative market analysis (CMA) to provide clients with accurate pricing advice and market insights
- Negotiate sales and leasing agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Coordinate property transactions, contracts, lease agreements, and all related documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional and responsive service
- Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai real estate regulations and company policies
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets while contributing to overall team performance
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, leasing, or a customer focused sales environment is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to generate leads and develop lasting client relationships
- Self motivated, organized, and target oriented with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals such as Bayut and Property Finder is preferred
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are an advantage but are not mandatory

Overview
- Leon Properties Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and target driven Female Real Estate Agents to join our growing team.
- The successful candidate will assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the property sales and leasing process while delivering exceptional customer service and building long term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing activities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary plus attractive commission structure.
- Salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the interview process.
