Role Description
This is a temporary, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role focuses on marketing and leasing properties and supporting clients and property owners throughout the leasing process.
The agent will contribute to real estate strategies and collaborate with internal teams on client experience and lead follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post property listings on online platforms.
- Coordinate property viewings and maintain accurate information about available units.
- Advise clients on property options, conduct property tours, and respond to inquiries.
- Support negotiations between property owners and potential tenants.
- Build relationships with executive clients and industry professionals.
- Gather market insights and contribute to Seedmap's real estate strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure professional client experiences and timely lead follow-up.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid real estate license and foundational knowledge of real estate practices.
- Have strong sales skills and experience with real property transactions.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills with diverse, international clients.
- Demonstrate negotiation, networking, and relationship-building abilities in real estate.
- Prior Dubai or UAE real estate experience is highly beneficial.
- English proficiency is required; additional languages are advantageous.
- Be able to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple inquiries and listings concurrently.
