Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads to build a strong client portfolio
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties

- Handle secondary market property listings and transactions
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional market advice
- Negotiate offers and close sales while ensuring client satisfaction
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and new project launches
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate

- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- RERA certification is an advantage
