Role Overview

  • Proactively prospect, call, and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential buyers through networking, referrals, digital channels, and company provided inquiries.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations in person and virtually, communicating project vision, specifications, and investment potential.
  • Guide clients through the entire off plan sales process from initial interest to handover coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
