Requirements
- Previous real estate or strong sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, professional and target-driven
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Self-motivated and comfortable working within a performance-driven environment
- Ability to generate and manage your own pipeline
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market is advantageous
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are beneficial
