About the Role
Dream Design Real Estate Broker seeks ambitious Real Estate Agents to join their team in Dubai. Agents will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, with a focus on customer service and building relationships.

- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and present suitable properties based on clients' requirements
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales or leasing process
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, projects, and pricing
- Manage client inquiries and maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
- Achieve individual sales and leasing targets
- Provide exceptional after sales and customer service
Requirements
- Fluent in English and at least one of: Russian, Turkish, French, Italian, German
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated with a target driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory

About the Role
