- Generate leads independently and consistently close sales
- Handle off plan, secondary, and ready property transactions
- Negotiate and present deals to clients
- Maintain knowledge of RERA regulations and market trends
Requirements
- 2 5+ years of proven experience in the UAE real estate market
- Strong knowledge of Dubai off plan, secondary, and ready property markets
- Existing network of investors, end users, and high net worth clients
- Proven ability to generate leads independently and consistently close sales
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong understanding of RERA regulations and UAE real estate processes
- Proficient in Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.) are an advantage
- Ability to work independently in a 100% commission based environment
