About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their property needs
- Conduct property viewings
- Provide guidance on buying, selling, and renting real estate
- Prospect for new clients and follow up on leads
- Prepare and present property listings
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the local real estate market
- Coordinate with property owners and developers
- Handle required documentation and support clients through closing processes
- Represent the company's values of honesty and service excellence
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License
- Solid understanding of Real Property concepts
- Proven experience in Real Estate transactions within a competitive market, preferably in Dubai or UAE
- Strong Sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Excellent Customer Service skills with ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly
- Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and market trends
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working on site, conducting property tours, and attending client meetings across Dubai
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and real estate listing platforms

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai.
- The agent will work directly with clients, conduct property viewings, provide guidance on buying/selling/renting, prospect for new clients, and negotiate offers.
- The role also involves maintaining market knowledge, coordinating with property owners and developers, and handling documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Property concepts.
- Proven experience in Real Estate transactions within a competitive market, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
