Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle including prospecting clients, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable options
- Advise clients on market conditions and pricing
- Prepare and review contracts
- Coordinate with landlords, developers, and other partners
- Support clients through negotiations and closing
- Maintain an updated property portfolio and list/market properties across digital channels
- Ensure all activities comply with local real estate regulations
- Provide consistent follow up and after sales service to build long term client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions, preferably in the Dubai or UAE market
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, property types, and current market trends in Dubai
- Comfort with digital tools for property listings, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
