About the Role
AKW Real Estate seeks a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent in Dubai to advise clients on off-plan and ready properties, conduct viewings, and manage negotiations. Requires passion for sales, good English and at least one other language, and 2 years real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on off plan projects and ready properties
- Conduct property viewings
- Manage negotiations to close sales and leasing transactions
- Maintain up to date knowledge of local market trends
- Prepare and present property proposals
- Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, or renting process
- Build and manage a client portfolio
- Coordinate with developers and landlords
- Ensure documentation and contracts comply with local regulations
- Provide ongoing client support and contribute to sales targets
Requirements
- Passion for people and sales with high energy and enthusiasm
- Good command of English and at least 1 other language
- 2 years experience in any segment of real estate market (preferred)
- Valid Driving License (preferred)
- Own Car (preferred)
