- Represent and promote high end properties across Dubai
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Conduct viewings, property presentations, and negotiations
- Stay informed about market trends, legal requirements, and investment opportunities
- Proactively generate leads through networking and digital outreach
- Collaborate with in house marketing team to optimize property exposure
- Uphold brand standards with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market
- Experience or knowledge of off plan property sales is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Knowledge of major property portals such as Property Finder and Bayut
- RERA certification is an advantage
