Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site role for a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, as well as provide expert guidance on the real estate market.
  • Responsibilities include property evaluations, market research, client relationship management, and negotiation.
  • Additionally, the Real Estate Agent will represent WOW Properties' brand and maintain the highest standard of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property related transactions
  • Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service within the real estate domain
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market trends and the ability to provide informed advisory
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology to manage client relationships
  • Prior real estate experience in the Dubai market is a strong advantage
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and access to personal transportation is a plus
