Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and company provided leads
- Advise clients on Off Plan investment opportunities based on their requirements and budget
- Conduct property consultations, presentations, and project viewings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate and close property sales while ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new project launches
- Coordinate with developers, banks, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
- Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, and sales events when required
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities and repeat business
