About the Company

Role Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and close real estate sales or leasing deals.
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Work in a target-driven environment while using administrative, marketing, and lead-generation support.
Requirements
- At least 1–2 years of active real estate sales or leasing experience is required.
- Dubai market experience is preferred.
- A RERA card is preferred.
- A proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills are required.
- Candidates should be target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to use available support.
Compensation
- The offer includes a fixed salary and an attractive commission structure.
