Responsibilities
- Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties
- Prospect new clients, respond to inquiries, and maintain up to date knowledge of market trends
- Prepare necessary documentation for property transactions
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and prospective tenants
- Negotiate terms and prices, ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Maintain accurate records and provide high quality customer service
Requirements
- Valid Real Estate License in accordance with UAE regulations
- Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends and relevant laws
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing transactions
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with ability to build long term client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Ajman, manage multiple listings, and handle time sensitive transactions efficiently
- Comfort with using real estate CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic office software
- Previous experience in UAE real estate or related fields is highly beneficial; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage

- International Properties Real Estate LLC is a premier real estate company based in Ajman, UAE, specializing in management, sale, and rental of properties across Ajman, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah.
Role Description
- Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties across Ajman and surrounding emirates.
- Prospect new clients, respond to inquiries, maintain up to date knowledge of market trends, and prepare necessary documentation for property transactions.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and prospective tenants, negotiating terms and prices, and ensuring all transactions comply with local regulations.
