Overview
- As a Real Estate Agent at Keystone One Properties, you will manage client relationships, source and list properties, conduct viewings, and close deals across Ajman and the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Source new property listings and build a strong client portfolio
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Maintain regular follow up with leads and clients
- List and market properties across digital platforms
- Stay up to date with UAE real estate market trends and regulations
- Coordinate with the admin team on documentation and Ejari/tenancy contract processes
